Food that gathers

The goal was never to romanticize tradition.
It was to honor it and raise the standard.

We knew there was a better way.

As we began paying attention to what real food should be: simple ingredients, no artificial preservatives, no shortcuts. Bread that actually tastes like bread. Texture that’s soft, pillowy, and meant to be torn and shared.

A pita recipe passed down from our grandmother shaped by hand, fire, and time. In her kitchen, bread wasn’t filler. It was the foundation of the meal. The center of the table. The reason everyone leaned in.

At the same time, we saw how much of what’s on shelves today is over-processed, rushed, and stripped of character.
